- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪The Doctors and staff are excellent. The only problem I have with Emory is when you call and try to get info or anything from your doctor it takes all day if not multiple days to hear anything back. Also, the experience I went through with them and The Hartford was ridiculously annoying. I literally had to handle everything myself. I began to question what the Hartford or the "behind the scenes" staff at Emory even did...
