  Best Experience I have ever had going to the doctor! I recently moved to Georgia and through a friend I was given Dr.Alford's name. I was blown away from the minute I picked up the phone to inquire about making an appointment. I was able to get an appointment almost immediately and when I arrived today for my appointment, I continued to be impressed! The front desk ladies were not only incredibly welcoming but were extremely efficient and helpful. They even helped me print some additional documents I wanted the doctor to have prior to my exam. Next, even though I had arrived extremely early to my appointment (I had already been in the area) I was still taken back to the exam room by Dr.Alford's nurse (who was also very professional and welcoming) within 10 minutes of arriving, which was 35 mins before my actual appointment time Finally and most importantly, as soon as I met Dr.Alford, I felt that I had known him for years. He made me feel very comfortable and took his time introducing himself, learning about me and my medical history and took the time to truly listen to my health concerns. Shortly after conversing with him, I immediately felt at ease and felt relieved because I was completely confident that I was in good hands. After many years and many many doctor visits to find a PCP, I am pleased to say that I have finally found my doctor and know that we will be seeing Dr.Alford and his staff for years to come! Thank you, Hometown Family Medicine!
